Concerned About Hair Loss? Updated 2/13/22

Updated: Aug 26, 2022

This is a common issue for both Men and Women! There are so many expensive products that promise hair growth. From special shampoos to topical products.

How thick our hair is, how long it will grow before the hair falls out and a new growth cycle begins, is genetic. The type of products we put on our hair can also have a negative or positive impact on the health of our hair and it's growth.

However, what we feed our bodies will greatly impact our hairs health and growth.

So after doing some research, I have come up with a list of ingredients that is known to contribute to healthy hair from the inside. Meaning - what we ingest.

(This list may be updated over time)

NOTE: You don't need ALL of these, but you might wish to combine several of the products into one jar and take it once per day. (That's what I do)

Hyaluronic acid - Helps hair strands keep excess moisture without saturating the structure, which may help with reducing hair loss. HA also helps by improving blood flow to the scalp, encouraging hair growth. Apply to damp hair.

Beet powder - Naturally contains: potassium, vitamin C, Vitamin K and Magnesium

Bamboo Powder - Bamboo extract may benefit bone, joint, hair, and nail health

Biotin - Biotin is well-known for its benefits on hair, skin, and nail health and is commonly found in anti-aging creams and lotions. When taken orally, it may support healthy hair

Alfalfa - Considered a Superfood. Supports healthy hair and skin.

Chlorella (Blue-Green Algae) - Loaded with antioxidants, Superfood and is a complete protein source, meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids. Animal-free Omega 3 source. Natural anti-inflammatory properties. Promotes brain health

Hydrolyzed Collagen I & III - Marine Collagen is one of the most abundant proteins in the body and is a major building block of bones, skin, muscles, ligaments, and tendons.

Kelp Extract - Seaweed contains ten times as many minerals as plants grown in soil. Kelp extract is also rich in iodine and may help contribute to healthy, younger-looking skin, hair and nails. Kelp has an impressive nutritional profile. Besides iodine and iron, kelp is a rich source of Vitamin K, Calcium, Folate and Magnesium.

These are just a few nutrients that support healthy hair and skin.

What I prefer to do is purchase several in bulk, mix them together, then put them in an air tight container. Daily I will take the blended concoction mixed in water or juice and drink it down. It is not my favorite drink when it comes to taste, but if you drink consistently within a few weeks you will begin to notice new sprouts popping up.

Be patient. Be consistent. Be prepared to always drink this or a similar concoction for consistently healthy hair and consistent growth.

I get my powered hair support products from Bulk Supplements as it makes it more cost effective. Especially if you drink the concoction daily.

Will it work for you?

I cant promise. It depends on what is causing the hair loss, or slow growth. Below you can see new hair growth. We notice it first on our temples and the top of our head. So if you see it there, then it will likely be all over and contributing to an over-all thickness.

I will add other ingredients as I come across more. If you try one, or all of these, be patient it can take a couple of months before you notice a difference. If it works for you, please feel free to share your results!
